Post Overview:

As a Marketing Executive at Antakh. You shall be responsible for research & planning, executing and monitoring marketing activities; and ensuring that all marketing activities carried out align with the overall objectives of the organization. You will play an incremental role in establishing the work process and the functional department.

This post requires you to be aware of the latest advancements in marketing and digital marketing. You will also be required to adapt a growth hacking methodology. Where you will be operating as part of a cross functional team to grow the company. This will require you to be progressive and dynamic in your approach

As the marketing executive you are also responsible for managing our external communication channels. This includes our social media platforms, company email and telephone. You shall be required to ensure that all communications abide by a set guideline that represents the organization.


Post Duties and Responsibilities:

Research & Planning:

  • You are required to always be aware of and up to date on the markets we operate in, our competitors and both our customer groups and potential customer groups

  • You shall provide monthly reports on all what is new with our environment

  • Accordingly you are required to assist your line manager in the preparation of the overall marketing plan and accordingly prepare a detailed monthly plan of your activities.

  • All planning activities have to consider budgets where you shall be accountable for


  • Carry out all planned activities in accordance with quality standards and within set time

  • Abide by set budgets

  • Manage relationships with suppliers

  • Ensure that all activities carried out follow the marketing guideline

  • Ensure that all activities carried out are done in a manner that abides by the organization’s core values


  • Set monitoring targets and parameters for all activities

  • Monitor the progress and the results of all activities

  • Take corrective actions when necessary

  • Provide periodic reports on all activities


  • Establish and manage online platforms (website, SM platforms, Blogs)

  • Manage all inbound and outbound communication

  • Develop and monitor a tracking system for all inbound and outbound communication



To be qualified for this post candidates must fulfill the following criteria


  • B.A. in Management studies or related field with a focus on marketing or advertising

Work Experience:

  • 1 -3 years of work experience in a relevant field. Start-up experience is a plus


  • English and Arabic fluency (written, read and conversational)


  •  Research: Ability to research new business areas and synthesize large amount of information to develop project strategies

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate among partners. Excellent

  • English writing skills and proficiency in Arabic, specifically the ability to read government documents and interpret them

  • Planning and organizing: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Creativity: Actively seek to offer new and different options to solve problems

  • Accountability: Takes ownership of all responsibilities and honors commitments; delivers outputs for which one has responsibility within prescribed time, cost and quality standards; operates in compliance with organizational regulations and rules.

  • Professionalism: Ability to approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
