Post Overview:

As a brand manager you will be responsible of the marketing and commercial activity of the brand to achieve sales goals as well as maintaining brand identity guidelines.

You are required to be aware of the latest advancements in marketing and digital marketing and social media Knowing well how to adapt growth hacking strategies. Where your role with other supporting departments will be significantly important so this also requires you to be flexible and dynamic using several approaches

Antakh’s brand manage shall take care of brand’s public relations and external communications, this includes our social media platforms, company email, website as well as media and influencers.

Post Duties and Responsibilities:

       Research & Planning:

  • Research & Analysis:

  • You shall study the market well, getting information on market capacity as well as targeted segment on B2C and B2B

  • Identifying competitor’s number of similar product categories, their names, scope, Weakness, Strength, Pricing and strategies

  • Studying market needs

  • Creating Swot Analysis

  • Propose new potentials product ideas.

  • Work closely with other departments to develop new products by clarifying needed designs, function, pricing,…etc


  • Create seasonal collection guidelines and mood boards to be applied in all online and offline visuals, website and  showroom display (visual merchandising).

  • You shall be highly creative in preparing all marketing contents from copywriting to graphic designing, photography and video Ads

  • Direct and manage the execution of photoshoots, videoshoots, graphic and 3D designs, stories and motion content,…etc

  • Document all organization’s activities, challenges, daily activity, activations and events.


  • Develop a full marketing plan

  • Create a detailed calendar plan with content and marketing objectives

  • You are required to assist top management in budgeting decisions and market potentiality analysis.

  • Plan online media buying with media buyer

  • Plan and schedule offline and events participation annually.


  • Carry out all planned activities in accordance with quality standards and within set time

  • Abide by set budgets

  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers and material suppliers.

  • Ensure that all activities carried out follow the marketing guideline

  • Ensure that all activities carried out are done in a manner that abides by the organization’s core values

  • Direct B2C sales force and modirators to work on achieving Sales objectives and reflecting brand’s value and image.

  • Open new sales channels and grow the existing ones.


  • Set monitoring targets and parameters for all activities

  • Ensure that brand’s guidelines are always applied through all channels

  • Monitor Sales performance.

  • Take corrective actions when necessary

  • Provide periodic reports on all activities including P&L charts.

  • Communication:

  • Identify best performing and trending platforms to advertise on.

  • Establish friendly relationships with public figures and influencers.

  • Manage all inbound and outbound communication

  • Develop and monitor a tracking system for all inbound and outbound communication


To be qualified for this post candidates must fulfill the following criteria


  • B.A. in Management studies or related field with a focus on marketing or advertising

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field. Furniture field experience is a plus


  • English and Arabic fluency (written, read and conversational)


  • Passion for furnishing and interior design,

  • Can use and understand design programs e.g: Photoshop, illustrator,etc

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate among partners. Excellent

  • English writing skills and proficiency in Arabic, specifically the ability to read government documents and interpret them

  • Planning and organizing: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Creativity: Actively seek to offer new and different options to solve problems

  • Accountability: Takes ownership of all responsibilities and honours commitments; delivers outputs for which one has responsibility within prescribed time, cost and quality standards; operates in compliance with organizational regulations and rules.

  • Professionalism: Ability to approach work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
